Day rental 8 hours: $450

Day rental 8-12 hours: $550

price is for limited guest, set up and clean up. Your event might cost more depending on number of people and time. For example a late night concert that requires staff to be here later than midnight might run more.
concerts, parties over 50 people subject to additional charges and renter agrees to pay for any damages.
